It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Daulton '59 and Stephen Coenen ’81 into the Mystic Circle. We want to extend our deepest sympathies to their family, friends, and loved ones. Read on below.

David Daulton '59

David Coleman Daulton, 84, passed away Tuesday, October 12. A lifelong Louisvillian, he was a graduate of duPont Manual High School and Kenyon College and retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary at Providian Financial Corp. He was a proud DKE, majored in Physics and was a member of the Collegian Staff.

Stephen Coenen ’81

Stephen Coenen transitioned on September 3rd at the age of 62. Living in Chicago, Stephen majored in physics and was a webmaster and search engine optimization specialist for a website called steviestv.com. During his career as a software engineer, Stephen created innovative ways to utilize complex math algorithms to project future market movements.
