On April 23rd Brothers of many chapters were treated to an inspiring speech by our Lambda Brother David Griffith ‘76 at the annual DKE Club dinner at the Yale Club in New York.  Brother Griffith provided insights into his extraordinary career in an address called “Muddy Boots Lessons”.  Drawing upon things he learned as a lacrosse player and volunteer firefighter while at Kenyon, and the importance of his experience as a Lambda DKE, Brother Griffith described how grit and supporting others before himself brought him—and those who worked with him—great success.  Brother Griffith’s later career has been marked by leadership in philanthropy both to Lambda and the world beyond the West Wing.  We hope to have him present at Kenyon during our reunion in October or sometime soon.  A big round of clicks to Brother Griffith!”
