In reviewing its legal documentation last year, the Board of Directors of the Lambda DKE Alumni Association found that the organization’s Articles of Incorporation were likely last amended in the teens...of the last century. Art Stroyd ’67 has worked diligently with a firm that specializes in fraternity law to bring the Articles up to today’s legal standards.

The Board will also update Brothers on the Chapter Reinstatement process and discuss newly created Standing Committees that include the Governance Committee (identifying and nominating Board Members and Officers and dealing with policy issues) and Finance Committee (budgets and audits).
